The Sino-Portuguese and Spanish speaking Countries Federation envision an increase of the cooperation between the countries it represents, providing services to Chinese, Portuguese and Spanish communities, creating links to improve trade relations between the members of these countries, harmonizing the global economic and social relations. The Federation currently has more than 50 federated Associations among 25 different countries. A Federação Sino Países de Língua Portuguesa e Espanhola tem como missão o aumento da cooperação entre os países que representa, prestando um serviço para as comunidades chinesa, portuguesa e espanhola, criando laços para a melhoria das relações comerciais entre os membros desses países e harmonizando o espaço económico e social global. A Federação SINO PLPE conta atualmente com mais de 5 dezenas de Associações federadas, em 25 países. 中文-葡语及西语系国家联盟将加强联盟代表国家之间的合作作为使命，为中文、西语系和葡语系国家提供服务，为成员之间商贸关系的增进做出贡献，帮助协调全球范围内的经济与社会发展。目前 ，联盟在25个国家拥有超过50个联合协会。
